Shipping Policy

At Cinfully Crafty Creations, we ship custom cards anywhere within the United States and U.S. territories. Shipping fees vary based on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

For local customers in Chesapeake, Virginia, and surrounding areas, we offer:

  • Free local meet-up within a 15-mile radius at a convenient public location.

  • Local delivery free within 15 miles. A $5 fee applies for delivery beyond the 15-mile radius (within reasonable distance).

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).

Return & Exchange Policy

​Because each card is custom-made using specific materials approved by our crafter, Cin, all sales are final. Once your card has been created, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We understand that sometimes unexpected things happen, and we’re happy to work with you on any concerns before your order goes into production. Please review your order carefully before submission.

Revision Policy 

We want your design to feel just right—because every card, caption, and catalog line should speak from the soul. To ensure a smooth and respectful creative process, please review our revision guidelines below:

 Included Revisions

  • Each custom order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

  • Revisions may include minor text edits, layout adjustments, or color tweaks.

  • Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the initial draft.

 Additional Revisions

  • Beyond the included rounds, additional revisions are available at $10 per round.

  • Major design changes (e.g., theme shifts, new concepts) may require a new quote.

 Timelines

  • Each revision round may take 2–3 business days depending on complexity.

  • Rush revisions may be available upon request for an added fee.

 How to Submit​

  • Please contact us with your revision requests, including clear notes or markups to guide updates.

  • We recommend batching your feedback to make the most of each round.
