Processing & Custom Orders
Each item is handcrafted with love, so please allow 2–3 weeks from order placement to shipment. For custom cards, we ask for up to 2 weeks to ensure every detail is just right. Need it sooner? A $10 rush fee applies for expedited processing.

Payment & Cancellations
Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of invoicing and vary by location and order size.

Revision Policy

We want your design to feel just right—because every card, caption, and catalog line should speak from the soul. To ensure a smooth and respectful creative process, please review our revision guidelines below:

 Included Revisions

  • Each custom order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

  • Revisions may include minor text edits, layout adjustments, or color tweaks.

  • Requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the initial draft.

 Additional Revisions

  • Beyond the included rounds, additional revisions are available at $10 per round.

  • Major design changes (e.g., theme shifts, new concepts) may require a new quote.

 Timelines

  • Each revision round may take 2–3 business days depending on complexity.

  • Rush revisions may be available upon request for an added fee.

 How to Submit​

  • Please contact us with your revision requests, including clear notes or markups to guide updates.

  • We recommend batching your feedback to make the most of each round.
